Ever wondered what your sports massage therapist/soft tissue therapist/physiotherapist or other manual therapist is talking about or in fact doing when they do some work somewhere other than where you have said it hurts?
This video might help to explain their methods a little by giving a brief guide to how an injury or tension in one part of the body can affect somewhere completely different...
If you've got any further questions drop me a message (I'm always up for a chat about how the body works whether you're an expert or know very little anatomy at all) or if this strikes a chord why not book in for a full assessment.
More information videos are in the pipeline and yes, there will be ones with feet in...enjoy!!
